It had run out of ink and now it was useless

  • Tell them how much you appreciate them often
  • Check on them and see how life is going

  • Get them a gift at Christmas
  • Remember their birthdays
  • Let them share in some your "pastor" perks

Anne, as a fellow youth leader in need of volunteers, I can only say to pray! PRAY, Pray, and Pray some more that God would send the workers. in the meantime just keep doing the ministry you're called to.

I appreciate the topic but what do I do if we don't have volunteers. My church is so inundated with Apethy, I can ask and ask for volunteers but when it comes to my High School Student's no one is wiling......Any Suggestions?
