right on. Ive totally been there on both ends as a student and a youth pastor. i have defiantly found that some redirection toward helping and giving some power to change things up has changed their hearts. thanks for the daily.

Will you be doing an article

Will you be doing an article on that kid who has a foul mouth and seeks to be rebellious to parents but compliant to leaders...thus being or acting like a charlatan? What gives with these kids? Why are they one way at home and one way at church? How can the parent help? How can the leader use this as a way to help them to realize their sinful actions? What would be a good prayer, some good verses for these parents who are godly and living a godly lifestyle but have these kids who are "hellish" and unresponsive to any correction but only seem to thrive on making life more so on that front? It has been a long time since I "raised" teenagers but today's kids seem hellbent on making those godly parents stink. They seem to be motivated to undermine all their parents do and say and are being a rotten example to the younger kids in the home. I keep remembering Franklin Graham and I am sure that every gray hair that Billy and Ruth Graham had came from him. What was the turnaround...and is there hope for these kids? any ideas would be helpful so that we might encourage these parents in this difficult time they are facing.
