Identifying the resources that are in your church will help you focus on your mission. Instead of comparing your church to others and dreaming about what it would be like to have something you don't consider looking at what God's already given you.
Facilities. Take time to walk through your church as if you were a visitor. or better yet bring someone in and have them comment on how they would improve things. It may be as simple as a fresh coat of paint or some strategically placed signs that will make your facilities more appealing to your own congregation as well as to outsiders.
Community. Are you aware of all the opportunities that are available in your community? In what ways can your church feed the hungry house the homeless or clothe the naked? There are several ways your congregation is probably already involved that would be great friendship evangelism outreaches.
People. Every person in your congregation has something to offer. Identify the gifts and abilities that are present in your congregation. Be willing to find people who can take on some of your responsibilities and then be willing to let them go.
