16“To what can I compare this generation? They are like children sitting in the marketplaces and calling out to others: 17 ” ‘We played the flute for you, and you did not dance; we sang a dirge and you did not mourn.’ – Matthew 11:16-17 NIV I believe this is a call to this generation of believers young & old to wake up and respond to the call that is clearly going forward in our culture. For years now the authentic church have been crying out to the nations to turn, repent and seek the Lord as true worshipers. We are in a direct season to give a response to God in worship, our lifestyle. What will your response be… Will you answer His call or simply silence the sound? The idea of worship only taken place at church for 25 minutes before the message is one of the biggest lies from Satan. Worship is a lifestyle… In everything I do, I should be worshiping God. The way I act, talk and handle regular business should all bring Glory to the Father and recount Jesus. If my heart is connected to God or desires to be – The Whole of Me will worship him. Not just singing, or dancing, in church so the pastor can see my outward expression; but all of me, everywhere, all the time! If your time of worship doesn’t draw you closer to God and allows you to be transparent before him.. you are not worshiping – you just singing a song. So, If Jesus was to live your life outside of the church walls and services… would he be Glorified in you worship? The Christian life is not lived in church, but it is lived in the darkness, influencing [invading] Culture with Vision [light/truth] – John 3:18-21, Romans 12:1, John 4:23 “Worship is obedience, sacrifice and connecting to God in its core. The authentic songs, creative art, passionate dancing, etc. are just merely an outward act of what is going on inside one’s heart. The very heartbeat of worship must be about Jesus, for nothing else matters. He must be the focus and the reason. It’s a lifestyle set apart or dedicated to God. Coupled with Prayer, it is the center of this awakening and revival for this generation and the church. This generation needs a sound to awaken it from a slumberous/somberness state and cause us to be true worshipers with a heart to pursue God. It’s time for the church to arise and unleash the roar of Heaven!”

Not Sure I understand your

Not Sure I understand your point/comment about the article. In no way is the article talking about no going to church or expressing outwardly. The article is about not simply worshiping God at church (in the public) but that our whole life should be about worshiping Him. Worship is a Lifestyle of Glorifying and Loving God. In America, we think that worship is ONLY done at church (Temple of God) and in front of others but that is simply not Biblical. In John 4:16-26, Jesus makes it clear that true worshipers will not be concern of the where (a mountain or in Jerusalem), but will worship in Spirit and Truth. When we worship in Spirit and Truth, it becomes a lifestyle and not just something we do. Furthermore, Romans 12:1 gives a deeper meaning that worship is a lifestyle and an inward act before a outward act of expression.

Our worship is an outward expression... ONLY when we inwardly express our need/want, desire, love for God.

Worship is a lifestyle of

Worship is a lifestyle of Loving God and Living for him...But is outwardly expressed in the form of Songs of Praise. Singing and worship in Church service is not invented by Americans, It is Old testament pattern, where the songs written by David, Asaph were sung in the Congregation, expression of who God is and what he has done for his people - 1 Chronicles 16:4-43. Greek word of Word for Worship is Proskuneo - fall prostrate - which expresses submission, surrender and dependence. God alone we shall worship - Matt 4:10; True worshipper will worship in truth and Spirit. Truth is the Christ and pattern of Christian living, and Spirit - One who is filled with Spirit. People do NOT worship as congregation and individually because they do not have the Truth - which is Christ in them and Spirit - neither are they filled with Spirit. People cannot excuse themselves from coming to Church as mentioned in Hebrews 11:25, When you gather the important thing is Worship the Psalmist experience is lacking in lot of people...Ps 40:9; Ps 22:3,22. How can a man/women be quite in the midst of congregation not praising the God of his/her salvation? for years. There is something lacking in the personal experience of the person. Another comment, woe unto him who worships for the sake of the Pastor, the audience of every worship is God and his Son Lord Jesus Christ, not for any man. All week Long Christians should worship the Lord by and also express it in the Temple of God - The Church when gathered in corporate worship. If a person never outwardly worships, then his walk with Lord is not right!!
